Who we are
SnowStorm Club ("Snowstorm," "we," "us," or "our") operates snowstormclub.com and the Mystery Mail Club subscription. We are an inclusive art club supporting neurodivergent kids, teens, adults, and families. Questions about this policy? Email snowstormclub@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Contact info: name, email address, shipping address, and (if you opt in) mobile phone number.
- Order & membership data: products purchased, subscription tier, order history, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and Shopify — we never see or store your full card number.
- Marketing preferences: newsletter and SMS subscription status, consent timestamps, and the source of your signup (e.g. site popup, checkout, waitlist).
- Artist submissions: the name, email, story, and artwork you send us through the submission form.
- Site usage: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected through cookies and standard analytics.
How we use your information
- Fulfill orders and SnowStorm Club shipments.
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices).
- With your consent, send marketing emails and SMS about drops, featured artists, and community updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Review artist submissions and community features.
- Improve the site, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.
Email & SMS marketing
We only send marketing messages to people who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply for SMS. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in the footer of any message. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers we share data with
We share the minimum information needed with vetted service providers who help us run the club:
- Shopify — storefront, checkout, and customer records.
- Stripe — payment processing for purchases and subscriptions.
- Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing delivery.
- Supabase — secure database and authentication.
- Lovable Cloud — application hosting and email infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to withdraw consent to marketing. Email snowstormclub@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy
Snowstorm serves families that include children, but accounts and purchases must be made by an adult (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian.
